Having had a nightmare getting a mortgage approved Martin and Mortimer were exactly what we needed. The damp and timbre survey was incredibly detailed but also carefully worded. Mark really took the extra time to understand our situation and was great with our sellers who were understandably frustrated with the process! Couldn't recommend them more and would us them again.
