I have been going here for years! they have highly professional instructors which don’t rush into anything, make sure your safe and makes everything feel so fun. the horses are very well behaved, obviously have their ups and downs but very well managed. overall Northbrook Equestrian Centre is my safe place because the horses are so friendly the staff are aswell and they have lots of very friendly cats, chickens and goats!

Wonderful experience. Professional and courteous, not to mention patient given being the last clients of the day/evening. Efficient booking and helpful, especially after-work hours too. Very reassuring for a beginner and highly recommend.

Lovely tidy yard, well cared for horses, knowledgeable staff. Great lessons with a variety of activities for different abilities. As an experienced rider and horse owner this strikes the balance nicely between getting horse time and keeping fit/keeping up to date with my skills

My daughter rides here the staff are great. Horses are fantastic good range to choose from depending on skill. You fill very chilled out when watching aswell.

So far I have only had a positive experience, from the booking of the lesson through to the lessons themselves. Our teacher is great, and very patience with us. The riding school is very busy (which is a good thing as it means they are successful) therefore my advise is, leave them a message and they will get back to you....they have always returned my calls!

Popped in to check out the school and ask about lessons, but left underwhelmed. One girl in the yard was hastily saddling a pony for a 1:1 child lesson the school appeared to have forgotten about. She said someone would be out to help me, waited 10 mins .... nothing ... yet when another customer arrived three staff appeared out of the office to take a cash payment while still managing to c o m p l e t e l y ignoring I was there. Maybe their business is doing so well they don't want new customers!?! 🤣

Just had my second session at Northbrook. I've been pleased with the standard of tuition I've had to date. The indoor school is a massive benefit and the surface is great to ride on. I've enjoyed riding the same lovely horse Rocco, on both occasions Rocco has been good to handle and seems to enjoy his work. All the horses seem very well cared for, with nice stalls and hay to graze on. The staff are welcoming and friendly when I've been around the yard and during my lessons. It's nice to see other relaxed animals on the yard such as the cats and chickens. Ample parking. The online payment system is of an advantage, It means I can pay online then spend more quality time on the yard not having to route around for my purse to pay. Look forward to my next visit

not very impressed at all. inappropriate clothing worn by the bosses daughter( had bosses daughter written on her t shirt) some nice staff. some very rude staff that were pushy when it came to advanced payments. nice horses and skitish horses. nice stables and the horses seemed v well kept. nice practice areas however will try somewhere else.

Absolutely rubbish communication. Tried to book a lesson for my daughter and after many attempts with emails and phone calls nothing happened. They don’t bother answering emails or phone calls. I gave them a second chance and asked to book my daughter on a pony experience day. Was confirmed via email they had places so I asked to book her in. A week later I emailed again asking about how to pay - no reply (no surprise). I chased them up again and they had no places for her!!! Despite them saying they had space. They promised to look into it and try to find her a place - no contact again! Emailed again and they didn’t answer so I have a disappointed young girl now. I would not recommend unless you are an existing customer they don’t care - obviously I’ll never be a customer with them because the organisation and service is terrible.

I ride at Northbrook and i regularly help out. The instructors are nice and friendly and teach you lots about riding. All of the staff are nice and helpful too along with he wonderful horses.
